Information regarding the tickets module

Make sure Gaius has the following role perms for this module to work: Manage Channels, Manage Messages

Setup

The ?pobox command will configure the mailbox where tickets will be initially dumped and how they are handled.

Current

Gets the current settings for the PoBox

Channel

The channel where tickets will initially be posted.

?pobox channel #receiving

Category

The category where ticket channels will be created for handling tickets.

Agelimit

The minimum account age needed for sending in tickets, in days.

?pobox agelimit 10

Response

The response to show after a person submits a ticket.

?pobox responce Ticket sent, please wait upto 48 hours for it to be assigned.

Enable/Disable the module

?assign userID TicketID

Assigns a staff member to, and opens if need be, a given ticket. Requires a member reference and a ticket number.

?unassign userID

Unassigns a staff member from a ticket, this will modify their permissions back to what the category originally has.

?closeticket TicketID

Closes a given ticket, marking it resolved and deleting the channel. Will also create a full dump of the channel if requested.

?blockticket userID

Blocks a person from sending tickets.

?unblock userID

Unblocks a person from the ticket system.

?ticketstatus TicketID

Gets the full status of a given ticket.

Send a ticket to the staff of this server. This is completely private. Upon activation the bot will DM you asking for input, waiting up-to 10 minutes.
